DESCRIPTION:The next in our series of Forest Bathing sessions are sponsored by The National Lottery. \nThese sessions will be based in local woodlands area in Tilgate and will involve practising forest bathing mindfulness techniques that will help improve your mental wellbeing. This will include a variety of mindful activities such as meditation\, breathing and learning to be present\, our sessions also include a workshop area where attendees can take part in a creative mindful activity. \nThe sessions will have a limited number of attendees and the aim is to help you feel calm and relaxed\, and benefit from the healing properties of nature\, whilst slowing down and absorbing your surroundings. We will go on a journey together through drumming with sacred drums\, for personal growth and wellbeing. \nThis session is open to anyone who would like to experience a meditation drumming circle\, no musical skills are required. Drums are included but you are very welcome to bring your own if you have one. \nThis is accessible process\, you can either play and immersive yourself physically or you can just sit back\, relax and enjoy the vibrations.
