The next in our series of Forest Bathing sessions are sponsored by The National Lottery.

These sessions will be based in local woodlands area in Tilgate and will involve practising forest bathing mindfulness techniques that will help improve your mental wellbeing. This will include a variety of mindful activities such as meditation, breathing and learning to be present, our sessions also include a workshop area where attendees can take part in a creative mindful activity.

The sessions will have a limited number of attendees and the aim is to help you feel calm and relaxed, and benefit from the healing properties of nature, whilst slowing down and absorbing your surroundings. Helping to alleviate stress and anxiety and improve your wellbeing.

As with all our sessions participation is voluntary so you are free to take part in as much or as little of the activities during the session as you wish.
