Come join us as we experience the benefits of the sound healing qualities of the drums. We will go on a journey together through drumming with sacred drums, for personal growth and wellbeing.
This session is open to anyone who would like to experience a meditation drumming circle, no musical skills are required. Drums are included but you are very welcome to bring your own if you have one.
This is accessible process, you can either play and immersive yourself physically or you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the vibrations. Finally, we’ll come together over tea, developing a sense of community as we share, listen, and support one another.
