Men’s Only Gentle Yoga And Tibetan Sound bowls

Take time out from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nurturing 1 hour 30 minute experience designed to help you slow down, relax and reconnect.
Our session begins with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, using mindful movement, stretching and breathwork to release tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all abilities, this is a welcoming practice where you can move at your own pace.
We’ll then ease into a deeply relaxing 30-minute sound bath, where you’ll simply lie back and be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi chimes. These beautiful sounds encourage deep relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing.
We’ll finish with 30 minutes of tea and conversation – a chance to enjoy a warm drink, meet like-minded people and build meaningful connections in a friendly, supportive environment. Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
