Men’s Only Nature Connection And Forest Bathing

These sessions will be run for men only and is based in local woodlands area in Tilgate and will involve practising forest bathing mindfulness techniques that will help improve your mental wellbeing. This will include a variety of mindful activities such as meditation, breathing and learning to be present.
The aim is to help you feel calm and relaxed, and benefit from the healing properties of nature, whilst slowing down and absorbing your surroundings. Helping to alleviate stress and anxiety and improve your wellbeing.
As with all our sessions participation is voluntary so you are free to take part in as much or as little of the activities during the session as you wish.
