We have all been on our own individual journeys with mental health challenges, and the charity is our passion project run in our spare time. We bring together a wealth of knowledge, lived experience and a strong desire to support others in need.
We are also supported by a fantastic team of class leaders who are all experts in their fields.

Founded in 2020 as Crawley Mindfulness Centre, our charity began with a simple aim: to support people when they need it most. During COVID, we delivered online wellbeing classes including meditation, yoga, sound baths, journaling, and mindful singing. When in-person sessions became possible, we introduced forest bathing and community circles — quickly becoming our most loved offerings. Today, our work is centred around these core sessions, and in 2025 we proudly opened our own venue: the Holistic Wellness Community Wellbeing Hub.

Our aim is to offer easy access to holistic wellbeing and mental health support in a safe, non-judgemental space. We create community — bringing people together who want to feel supported, connected, and understood.

Our aim is to offer easy access to holistic wellbeing and mental health support in a safe, non-judgemental space. We create community — bringing people together who want to feel supported, connected, and understood.
While we are not a substitute for professional therapy, we believe in the power of complementary practices to support mental health alongside it, helping people build tools for wellbeing in everyday life.
Community is at the heart of what we do. We exist to make a difference to the lives of those we support. We have always prided ourselves on listening to our community to ensure we provide the right support in the right way.
