Join us for a soothing journey of relaxation and energy alignment with crystal bowls sound bath.

This session will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state, where you can fully experience the healing vibrations of the bowls. Allow the sound to harmonize your energy, release stress, and promote inner peace. After the experience, there will be an optional space to share reflections and insights or write them down if you’d like to bring a note pad with you. No experience needed—just come as you are!
