We are excited to announce a selection of Men’s Only Wellness Classes.

Working partnership with Menshare Listening Group, together we bring you a selection of classes designed to help you release emotional tension and gently reset your nervous system.

Each session explores a different theme:

April: Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath
May: Gong Bath
June: Nature Connection and Fire Circle
July: Reiki Whoosh
August: Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath
September: Gong Bath

The last 30 mins of the class we’ll come together over tea, developing a sense of community as we share, listen, and support one another.
